Philip was a good friend throughout my career in the book industry, always ready to help and advise, usually with a twinkle in his eye and occasionally with a bit of mischief to spice up the conversation. We will all miss him greatly, but are fortunate to know his daughter will continue to fill the void, both in business and friendship.
