Philip was inspiritional - he showed us how to be a passionate publisher, do deals, have fun, and make witty, and sometimes rude, remarks about anyone and everyone when appropriate. I particularly remember occasions when a pompous speaker at a conference would be cut down to size by a PK question from the floor. He will be missed.
